Natalie has been playing the piano since she was 2 years old, and has been singing even longer. She studied Vocal Performance at James Madison University, and has performed as a pianist, soloist, and as part of a choir for many years in the Fredericksburg area.
She enjoys teaching people of all ages, and has been teaching since 2005. Natalie's philosophy includes allowing her students to choose much of the music they work on so that they're far more likely to practice what they enjoy. She believes that teaching theory along side of the music creates a solid foundation for expanded learning.
